30-Day Return Window

You may return most new, unopened items purchased directly from https://www.ultra1plus.com within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or refund:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
Return must be requested within 30 calendar days of delivery
Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or invoice) is required

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Products marked as Final Sale
Opened containers of lubricants, fluids, or additives
Gift cards or promotional items
Items not purchased directly through our official website

How to Request a Return

Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.

Please do not return the items without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
