Ultrachem LLC DBA Ultra1Plus ("Ultra1Plus," "we," "our") warrants to the Consumer that our lubricant products are free from defects in material, design, and workmanship, and are fit for their intended purpose for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase, provided that the products are used strictly in accordance with the applications and specifications listed on the product data sheets, are stored under appropriate conditions, and are purchased from an authorized Ultra1Plus distributor or dealer.
Applicable in the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and International Markets

What Ultra1Plus Will Do to Correct a Covered Defect
If an Ultra1Plus lubricant is confirmed defective in materials, design, or workmanship, Ultrachem LLC DBA Ultra1Plus will:
-
Replace the defective lubricant; and
-
At the sole option and cost of Ultrachem LLC DBA Ultra1Plus, repair or replace components directly damaged by the defective lubricant.
Repair or replacement, as provided above, is the Consumer's sole and exclusive remedy under this limited warranty.
How to File a Warranty Claim
-
Provide a 6-ounce representative oil sample taken directly from the failed equipment, placed in a clean, dry container.
-
If the equipment is under OEM warranty, file an OEM warranty claim first. If the OEM denies the claim based on the use of an Ultra1Plus lubricant, provide a written copy of that denial.
-
Contact Ultra1Plus within 30 days of the failure or discovery of the alleged defect:
-
Email: sales@ultra1plus.com
-
Phone: +1 (888) 685-8721
-
Mail: Ultrachem LLC DBA Ultra1Plus, ATTN: Technical Services, 1600 Ponce de Leon Blvd, Coral Gables, FL 33134, United States
-
-
Retain all failed parts for inspection by Ultra1Plus, unless they have been surrendered to the OEM.
-
Ship the following items to Ultra1Plus Technical Services at your expense (reimbursed upon claim approval):
-
The 6-ounce representative oil sample.
-
Equipment documentation: make, model, year, total accumulated miles and/or hours, duty cycle, and service environment.
-
Maintenance history: mileage or hours at the time of Ultra1Plus lubricant installation, general repairs, and oil analysis results (if available).
-
Proof of purchase for the Ultra1Plus lubricant.
-
Batch number from the lubricant container or Certificate of Analysis (if available).
-
OEM warranty denial and claim notice, if applicable and not previously submitted.
-
-
Ultra1Plus and its representatives reserve the right to inspect failed parts. Failure to make parts available may result in denial of the claim.
After a Claim Is Filed
-
The Consumer must cooperate fully with Ultra1Plus's investigation and provide any information reasonably requested.
-
If a claim is paid by Ultrachem LLC DBA Ultra1Plus or its insurer, Ultra1Plus may pursue recovery from the OEM. The Consumer may be required to provide additional documentation and must cooperate in that process.
