At Ultra1Plus, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

Returns must meet all of the following requirements:

  • Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Products must be in resellable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) is required.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, you must return the original item and place a new order.

To initiate a return:

  2. If approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Securely package the items and deliver them to the designated carrier.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality assurance, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used lubricants, oils, or chemical products
  • Custom or special-order items
