At Ultra1Plus, we are committed to processing and delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the following shipping information before placing your order.

Shipping Restrictions

Ultra1Plus does not ship to P.O. Boxes. A valid residential or commercial street address is required for all orders.

Order Processing

Most orders for in-stock items placed by 5:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday, are processed and shipped within one to two business days.

Orders placed on weekends, recognized U.S. holidays, or during periods of high order volume may require additional processing time.

If an item is out of stock or there is an unexpected delay in processing your order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once shipped, most orders arrive within three to five business days via standard ground delivery for smaller package sizes, including quarts, gallons, 5-quart containers, and pails.

Estimated delivery dates are displayed throughout the shopping experience and during checkout. These dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Freight Shipping

Freight shipping is used for large, heavy, oversized, or palletized orders that cannot be shipped through standard parcel carriers.

We partner with reputable freight carriers to ensure your products are transported safely and delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Freight transit times vary based on destination, carrier availability, weather conditions, and other logistical factors. Certain freight shipments may require appointment scheduling or additional delivery arrangements.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible for freight delivery and for inspecting shipments upon arrival.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

To help us resolve the issue promptly, please retain all packaging materials and provide photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label when applicable.

Ultra1Plus is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, severe weather events, natural disasters, labor disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances occurring after an order has been shipped.

Risk of loss and title to products pass to the purchaser upon delivery by the carrier.
